You may use Safety Instinct for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
Copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the game or its content
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
Use the game in a way that could harm other users or the service
Attempt to circumvent payment or access controls
The free version is available with no account required. The full game is a one-time purchase, processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
Purchasing creates an account used solely to restore your game save across devices. See our Privacy Policy for details.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days at hello@safety-instinct.com and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
All game content — scenarios, characters, text, visuals, and design — is owned by Safety Instinct. The educational information in the game is based on publicly known security concepts and is provided for informational purposes only.
Safety Instinct is an educational tool, not a substitute for professional security advice. While we aim for accuracy, we make no guarantees that following the game's guidance will prevent all security incidents. Use your own judgement and keep your software and devices up to date.
To the extent permitted by law, Safety Instinct is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for access.
We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. For minor changes, continued use of the game after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. For material changes — such as those affecting payment, refunds, or your rights — we will notify paying customers by email before the changes take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
